About Reporting Infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others, and expect our users to do the same. If you have a good-faith belief that any content on Integem infringes your intellectual property (IP), let us know. If you are unsure whether the material you plan to report is infringing, you may wish to first seek legal advice.

Copyright Infringement

A copyright is a form of legal protection for original creative works, such as photos, videos, and music. Only the copyright owner or its authorized representative should report copyright infringement using this form.

Before submitting a report, copyright owners should consider whether unauthorized use of their content is permitted as fair use. Examples of fair use include parody, news reporting, criticism, and commentary.

When reporting, please provide documents to prove that you are the copyright owner. Owners of copyrighted work typically demonstrate that they are the rightful owners of the copyrighted work by introducing the copyright registration as evidence. A third party need to show that the owner of the copyrighted work has assigned (i.e. transferred) the rights to this party. In these cases, the party can introduce the transfer of copyright ownership written documentation as evidence to “prove” ownership.

If this applies to you, please send email to support@integem.com to report.

Trademark Infringement

A trademark is a form of legal protection for brand names and symbols that identify the source of a product or service. Trademarks can take the form of a word, slogan, symbol, or design — or a combination of these.

If someone is using your trademark to confuse people into thinking that they are you, or somehow affiliated with your business, it may be trademark infringement.

Using another’s trademark to accurately reference the trademark owner’s products or services, or compare them to other products or services, is not considered trademark infringement.

If this applies to you, please let us know which type of trademark you’re reporting and send email to support@integem.com.
